By accessing or using the Roofline Growth website at rooflinegrowth.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
2. Services
Roofline Growth provides done-for-you Meta advertising, lead generation automation, and marketing services exclusively for roofing contractors. Service terms, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in a separate client agreement signed prior to onboarding.
3. One Market Per Territory
Roofline Growth operates on an exclusive territory model. We work with one roofing company per geographic market. Market availability is determined at the time of the strategy call and is not guaranteed until a signed agreement is in place.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we have a strong track record and offer a performance guarantee outlined in our client agreement, individual results vary based on market conditions, ad budget, close rate, and other factors outside our control. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of specific revenue or lead volume.
5. Performance Guarantee
Our 30-day performance guarantee is valid only under the conditions outlined in the signed client agreement. It applies specifically to the agreed minimum number of qualified leads as defined in that agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and design is the property of Roofline Growth and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Roofline Growth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the most recent 30-day period.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
